This means you can not only send test data from Quilgo to thousands of other applications but also create and trigger tests directly within those apps. This enhancement offers a new level of flexibility and control for organisations that use assessments as part of their hiring, onboarding, or learning workflows.
From Simple Connections to True Interaction
The new Quilgo + Zapier integration enhances assessment workflows by allowing Quilgo to send detailed test data and receive triggers from connected tools, enabling seamless two-way communication with your favourite apps.
On the outgoing side, Quilgo can:
- Send test result links directly to other applications
- Share result summaries, including the Trust Score, a reliability metric that helps verify the integrity of submissions
For example, you can automatically email a student or candidate their results immediately after submission while logging their performance in your internal systems.
On the incoming side, tests can now be created and distributed directly from external tools.
Recruiters can initiate new assessments from their CRM or HR systems, automatically sending test invitations to candidates when they reach a specific stage in the hiring process.
Educators can utilise their LMS platforms, such as Canvas, Moodle, or Google Classroom, to generate and send quizzes when a student completes a lesson or reaches a course milestone.
After a test is submitted, Quilgo can automatically return key data, such as scores, Trust Scores, and completion details, to the connected system or send notifications to students or candidates via email.
This two-way setup allows complete automation from test creation to result sharing using the tools your team already employs.
Outgoing Workflows: Share Results Effortlessly
The new integration extends how you can share and act on test results. Here’s what you can now automate through Zapier:
- Send personalised result links to students, candidates, or employees after submission
- Choose between result links with or without answers, depending on your use case
- Automatically include the Trust Score, helping your team evaluate the reliability and integrity of the submission
- Inform relevant stakeholders in your CRM, HR system, or LMS, and notify them by email as soon as results are received.
For instance, an HR manager can automatically email candidates their results after grading a test, while also recording scores and notifying the hiring team: no manual steps, no repetitive copy-paste, just seamless automation.
Incoming Workflows: Create Tests from Anywhere
The exciting part of this release is that you can now create and assign tests directly from external apps using Zapier triggers. Imagine a recruiter working in Slack. They type a short message:

Quilgo instantly generates a new test invitation for Anna, sends her a personalised email with the test link, and tracks the entire process. After the test is completed, Zapier automatically sends a detailed summary back to the recruiter.

You can create similar automations using any connected tool like Slack, Gmail, HubSpot, or even custom systems via Zapier’s Webhooks. This simplifies the test assignment to just writing a message or submitting a form.
