How does the free trial work?
Our free trial provides 50 tests and includes all features. You do not need to provide your card details.
What happens after my free trial ends?
To continue using Quilgo, choose and subscribe to one of our plans.
What does "Test Taker Seats" mean?
New
Test Taker Seats is the maximum number of people that can take your assessments simultaneously (at the same time). Your team shares this number.
How do I know how many Test Taker Seats do I need?
Let's say you have 2 groups of people. The first group is 20 people and the second is 30 people. If you assess these two groups at different times, you will only need 30 seats. However, if you need to assess them simultaneously, you will need 20 + 30 = 50 seats.
How do I subscribe?
You can do this from your dashboard by clicking on your email address at the top right corner and choosing "Pricing". Choose the plan you want to subscribe to and follow the instructions to purchase
Is the subscription recurring?
Yes, your subscription renews automatically at the same price you initially subscribed.
Can I invite my colleagues to my team?
Yes, you can invite as many colleagues as you wish. All the team members share the team subscription, features and limitations.
Can I assign a person responsible for billing?
Yes. You can provide your team members with billing management permissions.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Can I cancel/close my account/subscription at any time?
Yes, at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
